But this pendulum is about much more than a mysterious key. There's a Herkimer Diamond on the other end. In case you didn't click on that spiffy link -- let me tell you that Herkimer Diamonds come out of the ground looking exactly as you see it. They only come from one part of the world. They have exceptional clarity and natural facets.Herkimers are estimated to be 500 million years old.
Sheree and I came into a bunch of very old keys at an antique sale. Every one of them is unique...and this one may be the most unique of the lot. Then we started buying up Herkimer diamonds.
